Support interdisciplinary research on global issues by obtaining the latest research and analysis techniques of IIASA

Build a channel for a national-level response to global scientific issues

Period: Up to 2 years (training to commence in the second half of 2019)

Research areas: Key research areas of IIASA (climate change, energy, low birth rate, poverty, food, water resources)

Eligibility: Researchers who obtained a doctoral degree at a domestic university within 5 years

Funding: KRW 40 million per person/project/year (Training expenses KRW 39 million, overhead cost KRW 1 million) (USD 36 thousand)

Summary: Support for R&D activities for post-doc training (to stay at IIASA during the support period)
