Build a bilateral cooperative foundation in S&T through regular exchanges of young scientists in Korea and China and improve the two countries’ S&T level based on mutual transfer and learning of technologies with relative superiority

Period: Up to 6 months or 1 year

Eligibility: Ph.D. holders below age 40 (or below age 45 for dispatch)

Funding: Annually KRW 31 million as living expenses in Korea (training expenses KRW 30 million, institution subsidies KRW 1 million) (USD 28 thousand) Annually CNY 125,000 as living expenses in China (USD 19 thousand)

Summary: Return tickets (dispatching country) and local living expenses (host country)
