NRF announces 'Rapid Call for International Joint Research Against the Coronavirus[COVID-19] Pandemic'.

To overcome the current crisis, the COVID-19 epidemic, NRF promotes a rapid call to encourage 

multinational cooperation.

1. Eligible areas of research 

   - Epidemiological investigation of infectious diseases (COVID-19), cooperation and response the global public health

   - Life after COVID-19 : Joint response and cooperation at the global level

2. Funding details 

   - Funding : 50 million Korean won(Incl. overhead cost) per project 

   - Project duration : 6-12 months(Short-term project)

   - Project type : Joint Research 

3. Eligibility 

   - PIs are required to be affiliated to a university or a research intstitute in Korea. 

     The affiliated universities or research institutes should be under Article 2 of the Sciences Promotion Act.

4. Submission

   - Submission period : 18 May 2020, 09:00 ~ 8 June 2020, 18:00

   - Please submit your application and fill out necessary information on E-R&D system.
